Happening in East 2 on our rooftop from 6–8pm on 20 January 2026,
join award-winning founder and author Stefanie Sword-Williams for
an interactive session designed to explore how ambitious people can
redefine success without losing their drive. Drawing on research,
personal stories, and insights from her upcoming book, Stef helps
you understand the emotional, psychological, and professional
“comedown” moments that often follow rapid achievement and how to
navigate them with clarity and confidence.
Whether you’re driven to achieve more, struggling to balance your
ambition, or looking to stay energised without sacrificing your
wellbeing, this workshop will equip you with the insight and
strategies to thrive without burning out.
In the session, we will cover:
-How to set goals that feel aligned and sustainable
for the year ahead
-How to stay focused and not get distracted by the things that
don’t serve us
-How to keep motivated when you’re not seeing immediate results
-How to create space, give yourself grace and more
self-compassion

Stefanie Sword Williams is the founder and author of f*ck being humble. She created the business to encourage individuals to be unapologetically proud of their achievements and overcome the fear of self-promotion. Named as Forbes 30 under 30 in Europe, Stef talks have reached people in over 50 countries and she’s delivered workshops for global brands including Google, Adidas, Microsoft, Innocent, Vodafone, The Guardian, and The BBC as well as spoken at conferences such as Cannes Lions festival. In 2020 Stef released her first book ‘f*ck being humble: why self-promotion isn't a dirty word’ and delivered a TEDx talk on why the world needs to be a little less humble. Most recently she became a fellow of the royal society of Arts following the significant contribution to social impact she has made since building f*ck being humble.
