Located in Parsons Green, this gorgeous Canadian-inspired restaurant and bar is a top brunch spot by day before transforming into a cosy wine and charcuterie bar in the evening. Founded by Livia Boumeester and Louisa Stevenson-Hamilton after falling in love with Canada on their travels, they saw a culinary gap in London's food scene, and brought West 4th to their local town. 

Tuck into their mouthwatering breakfast menu, including a poutine-inspired dish, with poached eggs, fried potatoes, cheese curds, maple bacon lardons all topped with hollandaise sauce. If you've got a sweet tooth then you'll definitely enjoy their delicious pancake and waffle stacks, with fun flavours from campfire s’mores to lockdown banana bread. You can also head to the bar in the evening for a bloody mary cocktail experience; where you can choose from over 30 toppings and make your own bespoke masterpiece.
