What they say:

Having spent the last few years cooking up delicious grub in a pair of shipping containers in London Fields, Australian chefs Dan Wilson and Andrew Leitch have made their hugely popular pop-up permanent. Dandy Cafe has dropped the 'Cafe' and moved to Newington Green as they establish a bricks and mortar site. The new space is open from breakfast, serving their renowned speciality coffee, along with dinner from Wednesday to Saturday.

What we say:

Like the quieter and more chilled little sister of Stoke Newington, Newington Green has become a bit of a foodie hot spot with the likes of Primeur and Perilla all in tripping distance. Joining the ranks is one of East London's favourite casual eating spots; Dandy has brought their brand of food inspired from world travels, think dishes of Shawarma spiced lamb belly and burnt onion broth. The new spot makes the most of their new location, with space for 50 inside, and come summer, room for 30 people to sit outside.
