Having started life in a two shipping containers in London Fields, Dandy Cafe is finding a stone home in North London. Dropping the 'cafe' part of their name, Dandy will be opening in Newington Green, in the space of Newington Table.

Run by two Australians, Dan Wilson and Andrew Leitch, the new restaurant will follow much the same cuisine as their London Fields pop-up with food inspired by their travels around the world; expect dishes such as burnt onion broth with spring leaves, and Shawarma spiced lamb belly with babaganoush. There will also be a selection of bio-dynamic wines as well as the renowned coffee.

Dandy will have both indoor and outdoor seating, with seating for 50 in the building and a pavement terrace with space for 30. The restaurant will be open from breakfast and will serve until the evening from Wednesday to Saturday.
