From the team behind Peckham's Levan and Salon in Brixton comes Larry's. Located just minutes from Peckham Rye station, this is a restaurant centred on American specialities from morning to night. Expect all-day dining and classics that take cues from the corner bars, diners and cafes of New York.

Transforming the space that was previously home to Brickhouse Bakery, this laidback eatery is named after NYC's pioneer of modern dance music DJ Larry Levan - just like Levan next door. Inspired by the influential New Yorker who "wrote the blueprint for what dance music would become," co-founder Nicholas Balfe is attempting to change the way that people view food and wine.

Start your day with potato latkes and pastries, before deli sandwiches take over for lunch. As for dinner, the kitchen will be serving up sharing plates from pig's head ragu with pappardelle and 'nduja foccacia to salt beef beignets and XO cabbage with clams. When it comes to drinks, there's a regularly changing, concise drinks list with dynamic wines, a single beer and a couple of cocktails.
