True to Carter's meat-centred background, 10 Heddon St. currently features in-house butchery, as well as charcuterie and fresh handmade pasta. Alongside Italian amaro and wines on tap, there's a tasting menu that changes daily, so you can expect dishes from silky mortadella to spicy pig's tail ragu and Cornish crab. We have a feeling that cannoli bursting with candied orange peel and caramelised hazelnuts will be doing the rounds on Insta in no time.
