The Crown Estate has launched a Mayfair restaurant, currently home to resident chefs David Carter and Chris Leach.
Situated in the site that once housed Magpie, 10 Heddon St. centres on Italian dining with British ingredients. With Smokestak's David Carter and Sager + Wilde's Chris Leach heading things up in the kitchen, you can expect in-house butchery, handmade pasta and over 25 wines, with a few on tap.
Tuck into a changing menu that features sweetcorn agnolotti with girolles and nasturtium leaves alongside tonnarelli made using a wooden box board strung with guitar strings. Make sure you hit up the amaro bar and leave room for the beautifully presented cannoli.
