What they say:

Shrimoyee Chakraborty is a name on the Bengali dining scene, and there's more than enough praise for her pop-up dining; but there's new ventures on the horizon when it comes to her ultimate home cooking. Head to Fitzrovia this July, the one-woman wonder will be detailing her beloved home city and everything she learnt from her family to create a restaurant that celebrates just that. From Shorbot cocktails and a Malai curry to a private dining room and no reservations restaurant, Shrimoyee is promising 'a celebration of my city and a montage of happy memories'.

What we say:

When it comes to Bengali cuisine, authenticity makes for the very best; so having been raised in the city, had her family teach her its dining ways and promising classic dishes that nod to her heritage, our money is on Shrimoyee being onto something. That and her pop-ups in London are some of the most notorious in the city.
