What they say:

Meaning 'the real thing' in Japanese, Monohon is bringing dish authenticity to Old Street. Famed for their name as a regular pop-up, Monohon have now landed a sturdier footing on the Clerkenwell side of the roundabout with a 30 strong restaurant space for Eastern flavours and ramen dishes.

What we say:

I personally don't know of all that many Ramen-strong restaurants in Shoreditch and Old Street, so Monohon could have a winner from the off. Clearly educated in the art of the dish with their Abura Soba a sure-fire winner at their roster of pop-ups, Monohon could have the casual lunch and dinner scene in East London on their side.
