Description
Meet the Winemaker & Tasting - Yealands Estate
Established on 08.08.08, the Yealands Estate has quickly become a global leader in sustainable wine production. Recognised on the international stage for the authentic quality of their brand, including producing the World’s Best Sauvignon Blanc, Yealands crafts wines from New Zealand’s premier growing regions. Kiwi entrepreneur and fifth generation Marlburian, Peter Yealands, comes with an ambitious determination that is legendary. He has always taken the road less travelled. A highly successful pioneer of the New Zealand mussel and deer farming industries, in 2002 Peter embarked upon sculpting the rolling terroir of the vast Yealands Seaview Vineyard from the controls of his digger. A herculean task and within six years the vines were thriving.
Meet Helen Macfarlane, Yealand's UK Brand Ambassador, as she guides you through an invigorating wine tasting session accompanied by inamo nibbles! Tickets are £12.50 and are sure to once again sell out quickly.
