The entertainment was good; they had a 360 photo booth, a violinist and a great DJ!
However there were a few downfalls. The event appeared to be running behind and the team appeared to be flustered and frustrated, sadly we even saw some members of staff being shouted at. The rum punch was extremely sweet so my party decided to get some drinks for our table. Majority of the drinks on the menu were unavailable so we had to go back and forth to know what was available to order. The waiting staff were very confused as to what was available/unavailable. The food was extremely disappointing - chicken was over cooked and the rest of the food was extremely under seasoned.
Moving to the painting section, there was no clear start time of when the painting section had started. Not all the easels and canvas were placed at the table so I had to find a member of start to get them. We also had to ask numerous times for brushes, water and a reference sheet. As we had to wait for all these items were unable to finish our paintings by the time the event came to a close.
Overall, as said the entertainment was great and due to my company we had a great time but sadly, I do not think it was worth the amount paid for because it was poorly managed. As a result, I would not recommend it.

Hi there, we are sorry to hear of your experience. Unfortunately there were some issues with the venue that we have since provided feedback for to ensure these are rectified going forward. The delay caused by these issues did have a knock on effect to the overall running of our event which we can only apologise for. We are glad you enjoyed the entertainment and DJ and hope you managed to get some good videos from the 360 photo booth!
