St Gerorge's Day approaches, and accross the nation people will celebrate the patron saint of England. They'll gather round and lead a toast to a noble St George, spear aloft, charging into glorious battle against a deadly foe.
Oh all great English traditions, there are few that demand such cunning, such bravery and such conviction as that of Dragon slaying. But there is one that lives on. The Pub Quiz.
For a special St George's day Quiz, Quizmisstress Erica will be providing the brave amogst you the chance to prove just how much you know about England and its neighbours. For those who prove triumphant, you'll be rewarding with a hoard of drinks (£50 bar tab to be precise.)
Entry is £2 per person with team sizes up to 5 people. All proceeds go to the Halow 250 charity

5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
