Join us as we host a Run Talk Run 5k jog & Vegan Bakery Masterclass!
Date: Wednesday 22nd January
Vegan Bakery Masterclass: 7.30pm for 30 minutes, so finishing up around 8pm (you’re welcome to stay and try some treats but feel free to go!)
As part of our Wellness series, we’re raising money for this great charity with ticket proceeds going to Run Talk Run, which existsto make both running and mental health support less intimidating, and more accessible.
They’ll be joining us to put on a 5k run from our venue around the local area and once back, all runners will be treated to a delightful masterclass in baked vegan delights from author and Instagram star Emma Hollingsworth who’ll be sharing some energising recipes from her cookbooks.
Before every run there is a window of time to meet the other runners and say hello to the run leader. It's alright if you're a little anxious and quiet - we all 'get it' at Run Talk Run. The leader then explains the logistics of the route (reminding the group that the run is gentle and that there is no pressure to "keep up"), and that at the forefront of their runs is support.
Tickets are £10 with all proceeds going to Run Talk Run!

5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
