Join us on Thursday 24th April for a night of celebrating the beautiful marriage that is beer & cheese. Showcasing a selection of great beers from Wimbledon Brewery, Max will be bringing along a curated selection of cheeses from Wimbledon Cheese Cave that pair perfectly with their award winning beers.

Small Mercy Light Bitter -
The small beer in our XXXK Barley Wine series, Brewed alongside our XXXK vintage ale, this small bitter boasts a rounded malty flavour, with a soft bitter finish. A true showcase of what English hops can do.
Valour Blended Bitter - The result of blending our
Small Mercy with XXXK. A bolstered body and increased complexity of
the Small Mercy, coupled with a touch of acidity, fruity
fermentation character and a crisp dry finish.
1800s English IPA - A rich and robust India Pale
Ale, showcasing the best of British malts, hops and brewing
techniques. Fruity, spicy, floral hop aromas lead to a full, rich,
almost light fruit cake middle palate, ending with a clean dry
bitter finish.
XXXK Speyside Whisky BA Vintage Ale - The grand finale and grandaddy of the entire Beer & Cheese event! Taking inspiration from a Wimbledon Brewery recipe from the late 1800, this traditional barely wine is then aged in Speyside Whisky casks, imparting velvety notes of rich, warming autumn fruits, overlaid with hints of spice and Seville Orange and a satisfying bite on the finish.
