Brewery.
Join us on Thursday 11th September for a night of celebrating the beautiful marriage that is beer & cheese. Showcasing a selection of great beers from Wimbledon Brewery, Max will be bringing along a curated selection of cheeses from Wimbledon Cheese Cave that pair perfectly with their award winning beers.
Enjoy a selection of 4 beers and 4 cheeses, a pairing masterclass from Max from Wimbledon Brewery, and a FREE pint of Wimbledon beer after the event.

Uncommon Hazy IPA - The latest new release under the WB Collective! at 5.2% this juicy, hop-forward hazy IPA boasts vibrant citrus and tropical notes from the US Hops, topped off with oats to round off the smoothness and add a soft silkiness to the body.
Quatermaine English IPA - Named in honour of
William Qautermaine, one of the owners of the original Wimbledon
Brewery in 1880, Master Brewer Derek Prentice has called on over 50
years of brewing experience to craft this stunning beer - The
Ultimate English IPA! Brewed using only the finest possible English
ingredients, this beer presents with fruity, spicy, and floral hop
aromas, leading into a rich, light, almost fruitcake palate, before
finishing with a clean dry bitter finish. This beer is an
experience how what British beer should taste.
Keller Helles - A cask conditioned lager! Yes!
Before the days of fancy kegs and gas systems, lager was originally
a cask conditioned beer. Honouring the traditions of modern
Bavarian cask lagers, this crisp refreshing beer blends classical
and contemporary German hops with modern brewing techniques. The
result is a light, floral, crisp lager with hints of melon, stone
fruits, and a light crisp finish.
XXXK Speyside Whisky BA Vintage Ale - The grand finale and grandaddy of the entire Beer & Cheese event! Taking inspiration from a Wimbledon Brewery recipe from the late 1800, this traditional barely wine is then aged in Speyside Whisky casks, imparting velvety notes of rich, warming autumn fruits, overlaid with hints of spice and Seville Orange and a satisfying bite on the finish.

It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
