The Cavendish prides itself on a quality offering delivered with informal but professional service. Boasting an outdoor heated terrace, dining room, lounge bar and ground floor bar it's tailored for all occasions. 

While in lockdown, the team have launched Cavendish@home, bringing the hospitality industry to your door, preparing weekly meals tailored for couples or families alike, which will be no-fuss cooking, ready to finish in the oven, delivered straight to you.

The food is headed up by Head Chef Alex Povall who trained under Angela Hartnett before going onto open Oystermen in Covent Garden and then re-igniting the food on site. A flavour forward menu focusing on seasonal local produce with a wide offering from pub classics with a twist, small plates and feasting menus for groups.

The wine list is exclusively supplied by Berkmann with nods to the old world and new alike. There is also a prescription list filled with interesting bottles with an array of vintages which is updated weekly by the team.  

Approachable beers and ales on draught change seasonally with a focus on British breweries and a few more craft beer offerings by bottle and can. 

The cocktail list is updated throughout the year and with a spirit offering covering the bar head to toe it's hard not to see why.

The Cavendish’s stylish private dining room is ideal for working breakfasts, celebratory lunches, private dinners and drinks, or any celebration that requires a sophisticated but relaxed ambience.

The space has recently been completely refurbished and can hold 18 people for a sit-down breakfast, lunch or dinner, and comes with its own private bar and dedicated bartender. The room also has a large screen and full AV so is also suitable for meetings and intimate screenings.

Cocktail & lounge Bar Venue Hire 30 45 - 1500 £3500

Catering for 30 people seated or 40 standing, the newly-refurbished lounge bar can host elegant and buzzy standing receptions with plenty of comfy seating. Canape menu's and drinks packages are available on request.
