The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Tickets are non-refundable. Your tickets and any included tokens will only be valid for the date you have selected at point of purchase and will not be accepted for any other date.
4. This event is for over 18s only, please bring your ID as it will be required to enter the premises for all ticket holders. Failure to provide an ID may result in guests being denied entry and guests will not be entitled to a refund for their tickets.
5. A maximum of 2 tickets per guest can be purchased at one time. If you have purchased 2 tables, your tables will be allocated next to each other.
6. If you or a member of your party have purchased more than 2 tickets per person, we will not guarantee your groups will have tables next to each other as tables will be allocated according to business needs.
7. Standard Outdoor Tables tickets and VIP cabins will have tables in our main yard’s seating area. All tables’ tickets must be seated. Standing is not allowed in our main outdoor area and all guests will need to remain seated during the game.
8. Food tokens will be handed over to the first guest checking in for your booking. Beer on arrival will be distributed to each guest individually as they arrive.
9. The last entry for all ticket holders is 60 minutes prior to kick-off. If you arrive at the venue after this time entry may be denied and we won’t be able to refund your tickets.
10. Food tokens can be exchanged at any of the available traders on the main site only before. Food tokens will not be exchangeable during or after the match.
11. We recommend getting to the venue as early as you can to avoid queues.
12. On the day, drinks can be ordered and paid at any of the available bars as our full drink’s selection will be available. Please note, we will not be able to accommodate drinks/food pre-orders.
13. We operate a strict no drugs policy. Please note bag searches will be carried upon arrival. Guests found in possession of drugs or weapons will be denied entry and will not be entitled to a ticket refund.
14. No external food or drinks will be allowed on the premises and they will be confiscated upon arrival.
15. Vinegar Yard is predominantly an outdoor venue. Please know the site is not covered during summer.
16. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
17. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
18. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
19. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
20. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
21. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
22. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
23. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
24. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
25. Entry is guaranteed as long as guests are over 18 and aren’t intoxicated on arrival. Management reserves the right to refuse entry if the group arrives intoxicated, they will also be asked to leave the venue if management feels their behaviour is inappropriate on site. If this happens, ticket will be non-refundable.
