We brought tickets but know where during the purchase did it mention queues were likely. We arrived at 11pm and it took an hour to reach the club! Which brought the mood down hugely. The bouncers were extremely rude the toilets were backed up with shit and stunk, it also took ages to get a drink. Having said all that the music was great and the venue was a good space. But im so disappointed the website made it out to be easy going night full of fun but the queuing n waiting around and overall rudness from staff really brought the mood down and you could see everyone around u getting fed up. Such a let down. Visited The Prince of Wales Brixton on 2018-03-23

Great night, good mix of music. For VIP area maybe consider wrist bands as it might be easier for security to manage. Didn't feel like the aircon was on, so not sure if it was working or not but it was like a sauna. Visited The Prince of Wales Brixton on 2018-02-23

The whole point of this event is 90’s-00’s Hip Hop and RnB. That lasted for about an hour and then it as all music from today (repeated songs also). Annoying as this event is usually the best. Visited The Prince of Wales Brixton on 2018-01-26

I bought tickets far in advance and was really looking forward to going to Supa dupa fly at POW Brixton for my birthday. Couldn’t believe I had to queue for 45mins to get in and then another 10-15mins for the cloakroom. The security working inside and outside were very rude and unpleasant. One security man in plain clothes hurt my friends wrist by grabbing it and bending it back - we later found out that he was the security manager (off duty and drunk on a night out) so the other security wouldn’t do anything about it. When we were inside the music was good but it was too overcrowded and we couldn’t get to the bar to get a drink as it was so packed. I think they should have stopped letting in people without tickets and had a fast queue for people who had bought tickets in advance. Overall I was disappointed with the event and won’t be coming back. Visited The Prince of Wales Brixton on 2018-01-26
