Boasting 100 courses in 1000 minutes, there's a tasting menu to be savoured, and you've roughly only 16 hours and 40 minutes to crack through it. Not without an added dose of luxury and lustre, this gargantuan meal will also be paired with Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne.
