Let's taco 'bout the new pop-up food residences taking to two of London's best Mexican bars.

We're fond of the Barrio bar group, they let us limb-fling on their dance floors, they make their bartenders flambe our cocktails and they make their bars feel like living in a giant Mexican crayon. But what else could they possibly be doing for us? We're here to taco 'bout that. 

Launching a brand new Taco Takeover event this May, Barrio Soho and Barrio Shoreditch are inviting some of the best street food vendors in the city to test their taco wares on the Barrio crowd with the likes of Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen, Texas Joe’s, Mussel Men and Levi Roots giving it some flavour and welly. Kicking things off? The Roadery will be presenting their 'Braco', a blend of braised lamb belly, wild nettle salsa verde, cucumber and tomato salsa and apricot hot sauce.

Taco Takeover will be taking place at Barrio Soho and Barrio Shoreditch from from Wednesday 4th May.
