Mothers, who'd have 'em? But hens however, London wants them all.

We love ourselves a bit of Brighton, we wouldn't have made her a sister site on DesignMyNight if we didn't, but we also love that Brighton can come visit us in the big, burly smoke every once in a while, and that's just what H.en intend to do.

Boasting an ethical, beak to feet menu this summer in London, Brighton's hardy H.en will be heading to 154-155 Upper Street from July 21st for six months of serious chicken scoffing. Creating new menu items for the London restaurant pop-up, MasterChef finalists Jack Layer and Billy Wright will be presenting the diner crowd with a roster, of what H.en say will be 'transparent and ethical' poultry dishes that will include crispy chicken feet on the house, and all birds being sourced from Caldecott Farm in Worcestershire.

Sound like your kind of bird? Join H.en in London from July 21st 2016 for a six-month, poultry dining pop-up.
