A Meatliquor burger at Boxpark Croydon.

Think you can have all the bloody fun do you East London? Well you can’t and you shan’t. Croydon is getting its very own Boxpark complete with more than 30 food and drink vendors and a two-day festival to get that South London party truly started.

Using old shipping containers, the venue will be handily close to East Croydon station and have two floors of serious flavours with some of London’s biggest foodie names getting a space. MEATliquor will be there serving up  their crazy-good burgers - hello Dirty Chicken Burger, my old friend - along with The Breakfast Club and their brand of big, all-day brunch dishes.

There will also be a whole gang of smaller vendors including Arancina, serving, you guessed it, arancine and pizza; Feed Me Primal which is the UK’s first Paleo street food vendor, and coffee will be coming from The Coffee Co.

To make life easier, Boxpark Croydon will be offering a click and collect service and there will be a range of retail shops on the bottom floor.

Croydon Boxpark’s opening festival takes place on 28th and 29th of October and opens to the public from 31 October at 99 George Street, Croydon, CR0 1LD.
