Founders of World's Best Bar Bring Havana-Inspired Pop-Up to The Bloomsbury Club

The Bloomsbury Club

The Bloomsbury Club in Central London will be welcoming BlackTail for a cocktail pop-up.

Continuing with their 'Club Residencies Project', The Bloomsbury Club Bar will be hosting BlackTail, a cocktail bar from New York, for three nights from 9th February 2017. Founded by the people behind Dead Rabbit (named the world's best bar), BlackTail is inspired by the American bars that sprung up in Havana during the Prohibition. For their takeover, BlackTail will be bringing four of their best selling cocktails across the Atlantic as well as putting their Cuban twist on four of The Bloomsbury Club Bar's tipples. There will also be jazz music and a food menu inspired by Central America with dishes such as a Rabbit Cuban Sandwich which includes confit rabbit leg, rosemary ham and roasted pork shoulder.

As well as some serious cocktails, 2017's first London sessions will be kicking off on the beginning night of the take over. The project brings some of the biggest names in the bar industry together for a night of stories, advice and information. The Bloomsbury Club Bar plans to continue introducing the best bars in the world to London with their Club Residencies Project which has already seen The Clumsies from Athens take up space.

BlackTail will be taking over The Bloomsbury Club Bar, 16-22 Great Russell Street, London, for three nights, starting from 9th February.
