Studio38.Club is the daytime clubbing event for over 30s, who love music, like to dance and socialise … but don’t want the hassle, expense and following-day exhaustion of clubbing til the early hours.

The DJs play dance floor fillers, rare grooves and forgotten faves from the 80s & 90s from 3pm-8pm.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

    Good venue, nice vibe, polite bouncers. The problem is the DJs only play part of the songs, so you're dancing to one big megamix. It's very frustrating to start dancing to a song you love, only to have it change to another song a third of the way through. Are we really at the stage now where we can't appreciate a song all the way through without getting bored? For those that remember it, it's a 5-hour Stars on 45 experience - fine for some.. not for me.

    An excellent afternoon with a really friendly atmosphere among like minded people, lots of fun as everyone there for the same reason and none of the nonsense you often get with nights out nowadays. So glad that events like this exist! Only 3/5 because the DJ's seemed to play for themselves at some points and repeated a fair few songs, we heard 'Wake me up' 3 times for example. Love the song, but there's 2 decades of great music, no need to repeat! Drinks also more costly than advertised- the website says 'This isn't a commercial venture' etc but then charges £6 for one shot of Jager and £4.50 for a can of red bull which suggests otherwise. All in all though a great event that all my group thoroughly enjoyed.

    Hi Dave, Thanks for your review. I'm really pleased that you enjoyed it. I will speak with the DJs about your points and adjust. As far as the drinks prices are concerned, that's completely up to the venue. We negotiated a happy hour (3pm-5pm) but outside that it's beyond our control unfortunately. If it was up to me it would be free all day (I did buy quite a few drinks for people :)). That aside, we try to keep the ticket prices very reasonable for 5 hours of fun, hence the website comments.
