Split over 3 rooms and packed full of the hottest DJs in town, this 7-hour extravaganza will be London’s biggest New Year’s Eve showcase 😮- Immerse yourself in our New Year’s Eve adventure as our live Wonderland acts, themed decor, instagrammable props & DJs in each room combine for an enchanting experience. 🎉
As the clocks hit 12 there will be plenty of confetti making this the ideal way to welcome 2020.
The first 100 guests arriving between 9–10pm will receive a complimentary cocktail 🍹 from the Mad Hatter himself. For those with enough spring in their step and stamina in their feet, the party will go through the night until 4am.

2. It is advised to arrive early to avoid queuing times. We recommend arriving within the first half hour of doors opening to prevent long queues and enter the venue before midnight. Please be aware that the door may close for 10 minutes prior to midnight, during which time guests will be held at the door until it re-opens.
3. Only guests with table reservations or VIP tickets are entitled to express entrance - this may mean a seperate queue or queue jump depending on the event..
4. On arrival to the venue, please bring your e-mail confirmation either printed or on mobile ready to be scanned. Once you reach the front of the queue your information will be checked off by the door host for entrance. Photo ID is required at all venues.
5. The ticket holder must adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines (age restrictions, timings, dress code, intoxication, gender balance etc.) for full details contact the event manager or see xclusivetouch.co.uk.
6. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission.
7. Entertainment, timings, decorations, acts, performers and themes are all subject to change.
8. Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines – this is at the security team’s discretion.
9. Refunds will ONLY be issued should the event be canceled and no suitable alternative be provided.
10. Table bookings must be claimed by a specific time to prevent issues entering the venue. Please check with the event manager or see xclusivetouch.co.uk for individual package details. Remaining balance for tables is paid on arrival to the club to the waitress - this may be cash or card in most cases..
11. No large all-male groups are allowed to purchase tickets – security will prevent entrance and no refund will be given. For more information, please contact the event manager before purchasing.
12. Deposits for table packages are non-refundable.
13. Your ticket includes access to the TAKEOVER AFTER PARTY at Sink Shoreditch which runs approximately 2am-8am - 2 Paul St, Shoreditch, London EC2A 4JH. Simply show your original club ticket at the door to enter. Entrance is at security's discretion.

The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
