Firstly, I have booked a gold area "private" area, which should be suitable for 12-40people. When I came they barely found one table which could fit maximum 8 people and it WASN'T PRIVATE at all. Also, I had 75£ to spent in the bar to cover my reservation fee. I have booked £50 deal in advance which includes one of the followings: 3 jugs of coctails, 10 beers, 10 spirits and the plate of sharing snacks. However, I called before my reservation and asked if it is possible to order one more deal for £50 when we visit. Customer service told me yes definitely, which seemed wasn't truth. Once I came to the bar , they told me I had to receive the card like an oyster to spend those money- which I didn't receive. Then the guy told me I had to wait and I was waiting at least 20min there while my friends came and wanted to congratulate me with my birthday. The guy wasn't aware of this promotion which was online. Furthermore, it didn't look he was going to find out about that because he was serving customers, so we asked him one more time about our order which was premade and how can we collect it. Then he called his supervisor which told me that it is only pre orders where they can do that deal (however, when I called customer service they told me differently), so I was only able to get one deal. I chose 3 jugs of coctails which supervisor after told me it was only 2. I was very tired of waiting which ended up 30min, and not getting anything so I just told her whatever can we just get what you say we do. Overall, my birthday exoerience was very dissappointed and I wouldn't recommend this bar to anyone ever.

A good venue during the week for the after-after work drinks. Good music and tend to have a pretty awesome happy hour as well! I am not too sure about the weekends, but it's a good place for the week.

Amazing place to chill and relax with your mates. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and chilled night out. The prices weren't too bad and the staff were nice aswell.

The night was ruined by the assistant manager working the night. He point blank refused entry to one of the women on the Hen Do (who has a disability) and it was not done in a sensitive manner at all. He was rude and unpleasant during the whole situation which resulted in us getting very upset and angry, understandably! The behaviour of someone who is the assistant manager was unacceptable and disgusting, he was aggressive and unprofessional. It put a massive downer on the night and for the family of the woman and the woman herself they were very hurt and upset. We waited a long time for our drinks packages to arrive, asking twice before receiving any. We asked for our food platters 3 times and never got them. Fortunately, upon complaining to the manager the following week he offered a formal apology and a refund for the platters. Although we are grateful for the apology and the refund it does not take away from the the appalling behaviour we witnessed from a senior member of staff. Fire him and hire someone with some customer service, a quality he clearly does not possess.

The manager with the ginger hair has an attitude problem. Saw him yelling at these two girls inappropriately whole he told his staff to tell the queue to shut up?? I understand many people r trying to get into the club but he could've worded it out nicely instead of shouting and trying to angrily kicked people out. Suggesting to change their manager as this is not the first time I heard the story but actually saw it by myself! If it isn't the student night I don't recommend anyone to go! Rude

Last night I celebrated my Birthday at Loop. I couldn't have chosen a better place. It was one of those nights to remember, dancing all night long to the 80's/90's songs and drinking amazing cocktails. All my friends had a really nice time. I am also really thankful to the Bar Staff who were lovely to me, especially Carolina and Ieva. Definitely, a place to return.

Turned up after going to an awful cocktail place. Had a wicked night on all floors! Stayed right until the end, drinks weren't that expensive and staff were really friendly well worth a visit.

It's a bit mental in here, wouldn't go to the restaurant because you're pretty much eating next to the club. Good as a bar / night out though. Prices are affordable.

Went here for Halloween and it was fantastic! Also went earlier in the summer for quiet drinks and it was just as good, with great cocktail deals. Would definitely recommend.

I booked this place for my boyfriend's birthday on the 1st of August for about 20 of us. After reading the reviews on here, I was quite worried but Matt the general manager was very helpful in reassuring me about their policies. The lady that we booked through Karina wasn't great with replying to emails but when she did, she was very helpful and really helped us out. On the night, about 12 of us for there as a group with others to join us later. The bouncers were lovely, we had no problem with them at all. One of my main worries was part of the group getting in and part of it not due to the reviews I read but that didn't happen at all. Carlo (I think his name was) showed us to our table and another hostess gave us our bar tab card. Everything was going perfectly well UNTIL we tried to use the card. I ordered a monster vodka pitcher and when trying to pay with the bar tab card the blonde lady at the bar on the Middle floor said: "this isn't yours, it's my friends she just lost it. Where did you get it from? Did you steal it from her?" We were completely appalled! How can she accuse paying costumers of stealing!? This has never EVER happened to us before (by this time our table had spent a lot of money as well!). It definitely put a downer on my boyfriends birthday as our friend had to pay for the pitcher with his card while everything with the bar tab got sorted. Eventually, Carlo (who showed us to our table) turned up and sorted everything out for us! He was really helpful. I'm still very disappointed with the comments from the blonde barmaid. Before this, our whole group was saying how we'd like to make another booking because we enjoyed our time so much. I don't think we will let the barmaids lack of manners stop us from doing so, but maybe it's something the management should discuss with her? Because it's definitely not okay behaviour.

Firstly thank you for taking the time to leave your comments about your recent visit to us at The Loop. It was really great to read that you had a great time but also disappointed, as you are, with regards to the staff comments. This shouldn't be something that the staff member should be saying, nor should be dealing with. Please be rest assured that this was dealt with & addressed as we pride ourselves on delivering the perfect experience & as stated before, disappointed by the member of staff that addressed the situation incorrectly. I am very pleased that everything else was finally sorted out by the Management & will pass the positive feedback to not only the Management but also out Security. Thanks once again & hope to see you all again very soon... Matt (General Manager)

The bar had good happy hour deals and the cocktails were great. It was nice having a variety of music do dance the night away. Really good atmosphere, great fun!

Good if you like a dose of 80s cheese on a flashing dance floor. Three floors so plenty of variety and always seems to have a decent crowd inside and spilling out onto the pavement outside.

Very poor service and pretty obnoxious staff. I really didn't enjoy my evening here. I'd avoid it like the plague. Plastic glasses and badly made cocktails. It's "chavvy night out" for the masses.

On the evening of Saturday 22 February 2014 I attended this venue located on 19 Dering St, London W1S 1AH to celebrate an old friend’s 24th birthday. At 2142 my friend decided to take his t-shirt off on the dance floor to boogie on down to his favourite 80s track. He was quickly removed from the venue by three bouncers, which to be honest I found - as he was not proving to be a threat nor inconveniencing any other guests - a little bit over the top. That said I can see the logic behind the decision to remove him from the venue - the rest of us decided to finish up our drinks and move on. As we left the venue and entered the street we were greeted by two members of the door staff shouting obscenities towards my friend and a couple of ladies in our group who left with him. Being told to “f*ck off” and to “get the f*ck out of here” was completely uncalled for and outright unprofessional. After hearing “f*ck off” for the fourth time I decided to ask for the door members identification numbers as I was going to make a complaint to the bar and the SIA. The doormen refused to give me his details which I believe is in breach of his working practice. I then proceeded to take a photograph of the doorman who was proving to be ‘a bit big for his boots’ for want of a better phrase. Upon photographing him (which was completely legal as he was standing in a public place) he swung a punch at my hand resulting in my mobile phone landing 10-15ft away — which no doubt was the intention when throwing hist fist. He soon stopped. At no point was I, or any of our mixed group confrontational. I asked to speak with the head doorman and manager of the venue. I was refused this opportunity. This matter has now been reported to the police and The Home Office’s SIA department after such non-cooperation from the door staff and the licensed SIA member. I believe this member of staff is at fault by: - Refusing to give me his details - Refusing to get a manager - Throwing a punch with the intention of causing personal harm and criminal damage I tried to resolve this issue at the venue with no luck. I strongly advise against visiting this venue, after my personal experience here and a general trend form other reviews that they seem to treat their clientele with utter contempt.

Not too bad, love the happy hour, 50% off drinks after work is pretty exceptional for london! Sort of place you come to for a few then end up staying and dancing to your favourite song with the handbag in the middle!

Oh what a night....... Me and a few of my friends went to The Loop last night, originally just for dinner. However we stayed on, The Groovy Wonderland with the flashing dance floor was far tooooo tempting. Dancing staff and cocktails in pineapples..well it was a fantastic Thursday night.

perfect if you want to get messy, cheap drinks and crazy people dancing all night!

This is a place you go to when you want to be your alter ego and go nuts and embarrass yourself...due to the fact that you still wont stand out from the crowd. Cheap, bad drinks, awful crowd made up of drunk teenagers with no class. Although...if your a group of friends just going bananas...I guess this place would be perfect!
