Code of Conduct: We expect all players to read and abide by our Code of Conduct at all times. This can be found here: https://arcaniststavern.uk/safety. Any breach of our code of conduct will lead to a cautioning or permanent ban from the venue.
Lateness: All TTRPG sessions begin at 6:30PM promptly. If you arrive after this time we may not be able to guide you to your table. In these instances you will not be refunded. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before the ticketed start time for the best experience.
Outside Food: We are an independent business, and do not allow outside food or drink to be consumed on the premises.
Animals: We do not allow animals to attend any of our ticketed events, partnered or otherwise. This is due to sensory, allergy and trigger issues.
