- Challenge 25 Policy: All guests must be over the age of 18. You must provide a physical form of a valid government approved ID for entry. We do not accept copies of ID. All ID will be scanned at the door on arrival.
- Dress Code Policy: We operate a dress code policy. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in refusal of entry OR being asked to leave the premises. In this instance, your payment and ticket would be forfeited. Our policy is as follows: no tracksuit bottoms, sports shorts and gym wear; no hats; no workwear (this includes tradesmen wear, reinforced boots, work boots or shoes).
- No Smoking and No Vaping Policy: We do not allow smoking and/or vaping on our premises. This includes the outdoor terrace and balcony.
- If you wish to cancel your booking please let us know at least 48 hours prior for a refund (this includes any changes to the number of guests and late dropouts). Cancellations after this time will result in your payment being forfeited.
- All guests must arrive by 9pm. Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late the table will be released for other guests to use. In the event of non-attendance any payments are not refundable.
