    Venue didn’t contact anyone to say it was flooded, they waited into 15minutes after the brunch was mentioned to start to tell us it’s been cancelled and that options were to either get refund or go to another one of there venues for the brunch which started in 15minutes and it would take 45minutes to get there. Felt like they could have sent out an email or called people to tell them at least an hour or two before it started, saving people travel expenses
