Stressed out? Finding it difficult to sleep?

Join us for an evening with the co-founders of The Gut Stuff and Dr Rabia (Gastroenterologist and Yoga & Breathwork Teacher) to unpack the connection between our gut and our brain, how our body reacts to stress, plus find out how our gut is linked to sleep.

You’ll leave with tangible tips, stress management tools and sleep routines to help you drift off into the land of nod.

Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival, followed by a 45-minute talk and a 30-minute Q&A.

Tickets are £15 per person, with proceeds going to our chosen charity partner, Refuge.

Nice venue but the bar was seriously understaffed, queues for a drink took up to 30 minutes with staff being visibly stressed and increasingly confrontational with some patrons. Would've hoped for better organisation. As it was we left immediately after midnight in search for a better atmosphere.

If you are a tequila lover I would definitely recommend this as that part of it was really informative and it was fun having the drinks mixed in front of us. Also the setting was great. However, unfortunately the food was bad, which was a shame since I left hungry and quite drunk as I had only been served some dips with three cocktails and three shots!
