Abi is a pastry chef from London who after being furloughed from her full time pastry job decided to set up a micro patisserie during lockdown. Abi's creations have caught everyone's attention with their exceptional look and mouthwatering flavour combos. She's now super busy baking for private and professional clients and regularly hosts sales through her Instagram.
You will be greeted with a glass of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, a dark chocolate bonbon filled with Lillet Rouge caramel ganache & a pink grapefruit and blood orange pâte de fruits. Following this you will be served the following 3 cocktails and petit gateaus
