Join us as we explore the origins and history of the vast world of Gins as our Gin maestros guide you through their favorite botanicals, flavors, and pairings. There’s a lot more to Gin than just Tonic! We will explore the multitude of character that Gin has to offer by diving into the world of botanicals and how they help to create unique and exciting nuances in flavour.
Each master class will include a welcome drink to cleanse the palate followed by a voyage through 4 unique gins paired with different garnishes and botanicals. This will help you understand not only the essentials and cores of gin but also travel through the various techniques we can use to amplify different gins. At the end of the class, you will get to choose your favourite gin flavour style and make your own perfect or ‘copa” serve Gin and Tonic. This will demonstrate how you can make your individual gin varieties in your own home.
This will be an ideal event for Gin rookies, Gin enthusiasts, and anyone who wants to learn more about the vast world of Gins and Botanicals.
