Are you ready for your senses to embark on a trip to the Polynesian islands? Then join us for a cocktail masterclass journey where you can learn how to make a selection of our most famous cocktails, created and served by some of the best Tiki bartenders in the world.
All whilst sat in our tropically adorned Mayfair paradise.
Our Mahiki Cocktail Masterclass lasts approximately 1 & half to 2 hours and is £60 per person and includes our delicious sliders.
A typical class:
1. Fresh Pineapple Pina Colada on arrival
2. Introduction to Mahiki and our award-winning cocktails, from ‘London’s best bar 2015’ and the award-winning team.
3. Tasting of our classic tiki cocktails! Guests get to taste at least 4 Cocktails each whilst being shown how to make them, plus a presentation into the background of the cocktail.
4. Mouthwatering Sliders and light bites
5. Create your own Cocktail. The group is split into teams to create their very own cocktail individually (with the guidance of experienced bartenders) including vessel, decoration, ingredients, and theatre.
Our Masterclasses have up to 30 guests so you will be sharing your instructor with some other budding mixologists!
Post cocktail masterclass we invite guests to stay for the infamous Mahiki party.

Mahiki was opened in October 2006 as the brainchild of Piers Adam, David Phelps and Nick House, and has grown to become one of the world’s most famous night spots as well as an institution, with an array of fabulous awards behind it.
Named after the Polynesian path to the underworld. The bar is famed for its ‘Tiki’ Polynesian themed interiors, including a beach styled lounge… lit with an atmospheric glow. The cocktails, which are world renowned, attract rum enthusiasts from all over the globe to come down and party in either our Lanai Lounge or Aloha Party Room.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
