Fun evening despite the lack of staff. Despite having an area booked for 9 people do not expect any service. Queues for the bar took half an hour every time - lack of staff, took half an hour to be taken to our reserved area etc. visited Call Me Mr Lucky on 03 Nov 2017

Came for my birthday, group of 24 of us and it was fab! Great atmosphere and cheap and strong cocktails. Loved the hourly spin the board too (dangerous fun). visited Call Me Mr Lucky on 11 Nov 2017

The service under Caeser's management was amazing. We had a great time and was well looked after by Fabs and Caeser. It was a special occasion and they went the extra mile to make us feel special. The food was good and with that level of service I would definitely visit again. visited Call Me Mr Lucky on 28 Oct 2017

The bar was overcrowded, service was painfully slow and our cocktails tasted awful. I won't be back. visited Call Me Mr Lucky on 12 Oct 2017

The bar has a great vibe and atmosphere but is let down by the Staff. I had approximately 20-25 people their for my 30th birthday however was reserved 2 vault rooms that could hold 6 people maximum. The bar staff are also slow and spent longer speaking to the single girls then actually serving. Some of my Guests informed me that they waited for up to 30 minutes to place an order and struggled to get the bartenders attention. This resulted in some of my guests leaving and asking me to join them at the bar over the road. Not exactly what I wanted on my birthday. Recommend this bar for an intimate group of no more than 10 people. visited Call Me Mr Lucky on 07 Oct 2017

Bartenders were both more interested in giving free shots to two ladies sat at the bar than serving customers. After 10mins of waiting to be served I noticed I was not the only annoyed customer. I only had one drink and left visited Call Me Mr Lucky on 28 Sep 2017

I love TBC's other speakeasy The Mayor of Scaredy Cat Town, so I was looking forward to going here for my friends birthday a few months ago. Sadly, my experience was very poor. Not only was it way too full (TMOSCT has a limit and I have never seen people stand around in the bar, if the tables are full no one else is let in) so an absolute nightmare to get to and from the bar, but the drinks were SO WEAK that I genuinely believe that they water down the alcohol here. This was a massive shock after having amazing cocktails at TMOSCT. After trying a funky cocktail with candy floss (which was basically juice) I ordered a gin and lemonade and it tasted like lemon and water... I don't understand how it can be the polar opposite of it's sister bar? If I wanted to push myself through a thick crowd to drink bad drinks I would not go to a speakeasy I'd go to a trashy bar... I would never recommend going here when there are plenty of great speakeasy's in London. Defo go to TMOSCT though.

Not big selection of gin, food little a bit pricy. The volume of the music is too high- was very difficult to chat. Avocado dip and service was very good though. Mariangela visited Call Me Mr Lucky on 28 Jun 2017

It is a quirky secret bar and probably worth going to once but the bar staff aren't that professional or friendly! Cocktails are really good if you like tequila but if not probably not much there for you at the moment anyway!

The experience of arriving, issuing the password and being led through the kitchen it far better than what lies inside. Our small party were visited by waiting staff twice in the first 45 minutes, each time ordering a round of expensive (I'm not complaining about the drinks pricing, just noting that we were clearly spending money). We'd have ordered more, but we were mostly ignored. That was the last we saw of any staff, so one of our team went to the bar to order the drinks. Having been ignored there for 20 minutes (no exaggeration needed), we finished the resulting drinks and left, disappointed with a muted end to our company Christmas do. Ah well. visited Call Me Mr Lucky on 22 Dec 2016

Turned up for some drinks in the cocktail bar, and was invited down through the kitchen into the speakeasy. A great experience for friends who did not know what to expect, colourful lanterns and bulbs pinned from the ceiling and along the walls give a nice sense of 'homemade' to the place. Cocktail menu was truly interesting with unusual ingredients, as one of my friends said 'Nothing here is a safe bet' which is kind of the theme for this speakeasy. The cocktails I had ordered were very nice, great service and the barman mixed these with ease. One of my friends was unfortunate enough not keep getting terrible cocktails, I tried each one she got and they tasted of watered down juice and alcohol, after a third attempt she moved onto wine, I assume this was due to one of the staff not being able to mix drinks properly. A booth was booked in advance, which was a great choice as it can get quite crowded, although it was supposed to be for ten people we could fit maximum of seven people which left some guest turning up and standing around in the archway. Maybe the bar could have done with some table service for the booths to increase drinks consumption and get some more sales. But that did not seem to be an option available. A fun night was had until closing when one of the staff came into the booth and started screaming at us to leave. which at this point there was about 4 of us left and we were all shocked at her attitude. She stated she had already told us four times to leave and that it was illegal to have us in past the hour(at which point this was 01:10). This never happened and it was the first time in the night that we had been told to leave the booth or bar. What she could have done was be to suggest that maybe we move toward the exit as it is now passed 1am. But she never gave us a chance. We immediately left in a bad mood. Also it ruined the atmosphere of the speakeasy for us all.
