Cinnamon Kitchen’s #HouseofHoli is back - bigger, better and brighter than ever!

Leave the dull, grey City at the door, don your protective white suit, and step into the madness at the House of Holi, for thirty minutes of paint-pelting friends, family and colleagues!

Sitting amongst the skyscrapers and the concrete, Cinnamon Kitchen, in association with Cobra, will bring a vibrant injection of colour to the urban environs of the City with the return of their purpose-built party pod – popping up outside Vivek Singh’s modern Indian restaurant in Devonshire Square.

The perfect antidote to dull days in the office, workers can kick off their heels, loosen their ties, and experience the spectacular paint throwing festivities that mark the renowned Indian festival of colour.

Holi festival itself takes place on 1st March, announcing the arrival of spring and the passing of winter. A welcome burst of fluorescence following London's bleak and blustery winter, Holi is a time where families traditionally gather together and cover each other in coloured paint.

A pop up bar will also be serving an array of colourful Holi cocktails which may include the Holika Fire and the Neela Heera  alongside Cobra.

Tickets are priced at £12 per person.

This was a great event. The lady in charge was lovely and gave us a little introduction into the purpose of the activity which was lovely to hear about. We were provided with overalls (although our clothes were still covered in the paint but it came off easily). The lady in charge got us to all throw paint at each other rather than just the people who came which was really nice. I got the package with nibbles and a cocktail. The cocktails were lovely and the nibbles tasted really nice. I am so glad that I booked this. Thank you very much. We got quite a few dodgy looks as we walked around London afterwards still covered in the paint but it was a good laugh! Visited Cinnamon Kitchen on 2018-03-10

Holi itself was great, but didn't think too much for the measly nibbles and drink, not worth paying the extra. Visited Cinnamon Kitchen on 2018-03-10

We did have a lot of fun and would definately do it again. I do have a few points that would have made it even better, the overalls did not really protect the clothes underneath. We did have a change of clothing as adviced, however there was only one toilet to change, it might be an idea to have a bigger area for changing. Also we attended with children, but there were mainly adult participants. It would be good to have a few sessions for children and families only. I think the kids would have had more fun with other kids. Apart from that it was a really fun session and colours were lovely and vibrant. Visited Cinnamon Kitchen on 2018-03-10

We had done this two years ago and the kids wanted to come back. It was, once again, a lot of fund for the kids (and their friends). The session was well organized, the instructions good, and the setting excellent. We will be back for more. Visited Cinnamon Kitchen on 2018-03-08
