This June, heiress Allegra Antinori herself will host lucky guests for a delectable four-course dinner created by St Pancras Brasserie by Searcys executive chef, Colin Layfield and expertly paired with glasses of Antinori’s wines. The evening kicks off with the family’s new Franciacorta Tenusa Montenisa Cuvée Royale harmonised with a pre-starter of Portland crab and mango and followed by the legendary Cervaro della Salla wine matched with Cornish stone bass fillet, Wye Valley Asparagus and morel. Their renowned super-tuscan red, Guado al Tasso 2013 will be harmonised with an indulgent main course of Herdwick lamb cutlet, braised faggot and potato terrine, followed by a luscious dessert wine from Piedmont, Moscato d’Asti paired with Kent Apple Tart and Cinnamon ice cream.
Allegra is the middle daughter of Marchese Piero Antinori, and is closely involved with public relations and hospitality for Antinori Chianti Classico winery. The dinner will cost £95 per person.
