Originally designed by the acclaimed Martin Brudnizki, the brasserie features sophisticated 1920s Art Deco interiors, from rich wood panelling and brass fixtures to a striking vintage station clock. The setting is a tribute to the golden age of travel, offering a unique dining experience in the heart of St Pancras International.
The menu draws inspiration from the classic railway station restaurants of Paris, such as Le Train Bleu and Café de la Paix. Indulge in standout dishes like Escargot de Bourgogne with garlic and parsley butter, French onion soup with Gruyère croutons, and Saucisse de Morteau aux lentilles. These French favourites are thoughtfully complemented by comforting British classics, including battered haddock with minted peas and tartar sauce and sausage and mash with onion gravy, a perfect culinary connection between London and Paris.
