Soak up a new lease of life this spring with the Mix It 2023 cocktail experience.

Located on the tranquil Garden Terrace, overlooking the idyllic Bedford Gardens, Mix It allows you to bask in the spring sun whilst sipping on a selection of specially-picked cocktails. For those not too desirous of the sweeter stuff, opt for a beer package instead.

The indulgence of the occasion is crowned with a selection of hearty dining options, including small plates such as mini cheese and bacon burgers or prawn and salmon tempura. With delicious food, eclectic cocktails, and a buzzing ambiance, what better way to welcome the spring season?

What’s included

• A completely bespoke, two-hour cocktail experience on the Garden Terrace
• Unlimited cocktails for your party from a pre-selected list of five cocktails or unlimited beer from either draft or bottled options.
• Available from 6 pm – 8 pm every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 2nd March – 29th April
• Option to get involved and experience making your own cocktail
• Private hire available

Choose your package: 

Package one: food and beverage
Enjoy an array of exciting cocktails specially made to your request, alongside some delicious dining options. Dining options comprise five items of finger food per person, including a mini cheese and bacon burger, prawn and salmon tempura, tomato and basil bruschetta, truffle and parmesan chips, and a chocolate brownie. Dietary requirements can be catered for upon request.

Price: £75 per person, plus a 12.5% service charge

Package two: Beverage only
Indulge in your favourite selection of cocktails or beer amidst the vibrancy of the Mix It occasion.

If you do decide that you would like food on the day, then the bar menu is available which boasts comforting classics like Battered Fish or Crispy Mac n Cheese Balls.

Price: £50.00 per person, plus a 12.5% service charge

Private parties
Mix It is also available for private hire throughout the dates that it is open from 12 pm - 10 pm.

• All guests from the same group must choose the same package experience
• This experience is booked exclusively and fully pre-paid through DesignMyNight
• The experience is strictly non-refundable
• The experience can be transferred to an alternative date during the Mix It experience. This is subject to availability and the hotel must be informed in writing at least 5 working days before the date of your experience.
