The Montague Cheese Fondue Experience - Now Open!

Step into the cosy Winter Lodge at The Montague on the Gardens for a seasonal pop-up dining experience centred around traditional Swiss cheese fondue.

Available daily from 30th September - 9th November, every weekend from 9th November through to 28th December 2025, and then daily from 5th January to 31st March 2026, this is the perfect setting for relaxed sharing over melty Gruyère, Vacherin and crusty bread.

Priced at £60 for two people, with £30 per extra guest, it’s ideal for couples, friends or small group gatherings. Group bookings are welcome — from an intimate sit-down of up to 16 guests to a reception-style event for up to 30 (with minimum numbers). Warm ambience, fondue tradition, and togetherness are the heart of this Alpine-inspired winter treat. Bookings are now open.

Winter Lodge - 12th November to 31st December 2025
Step into a world of warmth and wonder at our Winter Lodge, the perfect escape this season. Designed as a traditional log cabin, the lodge is adorned with twinkling lights and filled with the rich, inviting scent of pine, immersing you in a cosy winter wonderland.

The Winter lodge is for exclusive hire of 10 to 30 guests, slots run between 12 to 5pm and evening slots between 6 to 10pm.

The Ski Lodge - 12th November to 31st December 2025
London's ultimate winter party venue returns in 2025 to deliver festive joy with a touch of cosy nostalgia. Our premier festive party destination offers a range of options to suit your individual requirements. Come and celebrate this magical time with us at The Ski Lodge in the heart of Bloomsbury. Please note that we only accept bookings of 10 or more guests.

Blue Door Bistro 

The Blue Door Bistro provides a welcoming and informal bistro-style setting, with a superb à la carte menu to match. Light and airy at lunchtime, warm and cosy by evening, the room is decorated on three sides with a panoramic view of London circa 1849. Together with the rich mahogany paneled walls, effective use of mirrored glass, and contemporary wrought iron wall lights, an ambience rooted in the hotel’s location is beautifully achieved.

Continue the romance with a decadent chocolate fondue to share, featuring strawberries, pineapple, shortbread, fudge, marshmallows, and Turkish Delight, and raise a sparkling glass of champagne to the night.
