The Blue Door Bistro sits within The Montague on the Gardens Hotel, a distinguished property, famous for its seasonal pop's including the alpine inspired Ski Lodge and the incredibly popular Summer Beach Bar.
Blue Door Bistro offers informal bistro-style dining with seasonally changing menus. Incorporating the freshest seasonal ingredients, Head Chef Martin Halls combines with herbs from their own garden to create dishes influenced by of Beatrice Tollman, President and Founder of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection. Each dish is carefully crafted, a work ethic which has won Blue Door Bistro an AA rosette and accreditation from the SRA (Sustained Restaurant Association).

Guests are welcome to enjoy a Table d’Hote/Pre-theatre menu for £25 per person for two courses, or £30 for three served 5.30pm - 7pm daily
