The Great Russell Suite is fully air-conditioned, has a private registration and cloakroom area as well as a private bar. It is located on the lower ground floor and is fully accessible for disabled people.

The Great Russell Suite provides the ideal setting for conferences and seminars, dinner dances, Christmas parties or weddings. It also has access to the outdoor Garden Grill which overlooks a secret garden square. It is the largest room in the hotel with a capacity of up to 120 delegates theatre style or 90 guests banqueting style.

The Woburn Suite has natural light and is fully air-conditioned with a small conservatory area on the side. It is located on the lower ground floor and is fully accessible for guests with mobility limitations. With a small conservatory area allowing natural daylight and a cosy seating area, The Woburn Suite serves as an ideal venue for both meetings for up to 28 delegates or formal dinners for up to 30 guests.

The Wood Deck is transformed into a magical ski lodge with pine trees, falling snow, reindeer, snowmen, ski racks, piste maps, and strings of fairy lights and lanterns. The centrepiece is a bar serving a selection of beverages, including Schnapps and flavoured vodkas.

To help combat the cold and lightly drifting snowflakes, guests can enjoy our delicious candied pecans, mulled wine, hot spiced cider, mugs of steaming hot chocolate cocktails, and big woolly rugs, which will all help to keep you lovely and snug during the long winter nights.

The Montague Street Gardens is officially opening its gates to corporate and private events. The gardens are a stone’s throw from the iconic British Museum (just a five-minute walk from Russell Square tube station), yet create the sense of an English country garden.

he space has a magical feel to it, characterised by its swirling garden paths and lush lawns which are overhung by mature trees. The gardens benefit from immaculate daily upkeep by the Bedford Estates’ gardeners and even have their very own bee hives.
