What they say:

Dalston Roof Park in London is back for summer 2013. This London rooftop bar has been created by enterprise and training charity Bootstrap Company. The Dalston Roof Park initiative aims to highlight the lack of green spaces in the area and to demonstrate the green potential for urban development. The artificial garden is perched on The Print House's roof and offers a friendly space during the summer for small productions by the nearby Arcola Theatre, outdoor film screenings and gigs, rooftop foodie evenings, and a pop up bar opens every evening.

What we say:

With a great view over London, Dalston Roof Park welcomes everybody all the day to enjoy alfresco drinking in a creative and eco-friendly atmosphere; solar panels, bright green astroturf, yellow plastic chairs and dozens of grow-bags full of spring blooms. You will be pleased to hear that the pop-up bar is complete with a frozen margarita machine for those who like a cold one in the sun. It's free to visit the roof garden; sign up for membership on the website, give a small donation for the charity (£3) and you'll have access all summer to an exciting new rooftop bar in London.
