Launching on Bank Holiday Monday, Rib Fest sees some of the world's finest pitmasters taking up residency outside The Blues Kitchen Brixton restaurant, firing up a custom-built 108-inch smoker for a BBQ blowout like no other. DJ BBQ kicks off the four-day celebration with some supreme BBQ know-how and a good dose of "catertainment", next is London street food favourite THE RIB MAN followed by Shotgun BBQ's Brad McDonald, the man behind some of London's best BBQ joints. To end the fest in style, Home Team BBQ - the men behind "the most life-changing ribs in America" - will be flying in from the States to serve up stack after stack of their incredible ribs.
