Jazz Lates is a series of intimate Jazz events that take place in our wonderful living room. On Saturday 19th of February 2022 it is with great pleasure that we welcome Rosie Frater-Taylor to the living room stage.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
With a clear sense of purpose, 22-year-old London-based singer, songwriter and guitarist Rosie Frater-Taylor blurs the lines between jazz, folk, pop & soul. Think Joni Mitchell meets George Benson, Lewis Taylor teams up with Emily King or a female John Mayer!
Rosie started playing drums at a young age, picking up the guitar, ukulele & bass soon after. She found her roots in jazz/world music attending workshops at Tomorrow's warriors, the Royal Academy of Music and London Roundhouse whilst exploring her musician parents' eclectic record collection.
Partial to a DIY-slant, Rosie began laying out multi-layered guitar-based demos on Cubase at the age of 16. These would eventually become her self-produced debut album 'On My Mind' (2018), a unique collection of songs which garnered praise from BBC 6 Music’s Tom Robinson, BBC Radio 1’s Abbie McCarthy, Becca Stevens “badass”, with Jazzwise Magazine declaring her “one to watch”.
Accumulating over 400k streams to date, Rosie's 2nd album 'Bloom' sees her collaborate with Snowpoet's Chris Hyson on two songs. 'Bloom' has been named Jazz FM 'Album Of The Week' as well as one of KCRW's 'Albums Of The Year' catching the attention of the likes of Jamie Cullum, Gilles Peterson, Snarky Puppy's Michael League, Don Was, Gretchen Parlato and more, with Complex Magazine, Bandcamp, Jazz re:freshed and global platform Pickup Music championing the young musician too.

The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
