Description

Ninety One Living Room is a jazz club and cocktail bar with late night music events located at the Truman Brewery at 91 Brick Lane.

Ninety One was based on the idea of an idealistic living room: a good-looking space to kick back and work during the day, dine in the evening, and party into the night, all under one roof. They offer a Middle Eastern inspired gastro fare menu using bold flavours and ethically sourced produce, paired with signature cocktails and organic wines by the carafe.

Mains include aged beef burger with diced shallot and house burger sauce, tempura cod cheeks with pickled samphire and house tartare and cauliflower burger with vegan harrisa mayo. Bar snacks include mixed olives, Southern fried chicken, spiced nuts, falafel and more. Plenty of tasty vegan options are available for each course.

Music is at the heart of what they do and it’s always of the highest quality. A firm believer that good music should be listened to through the best possible speakers, their Klipsch and Funktion One hybrid sound system alone is worth the visit for audiophiles. Complementing and never intruding on the dining experience, they wait until later to clear the floor and create space to dance. Lights are dimmed, volume raised and Ninety One takes on a new speakeasy ambience until 2am. Enjoy live jazz events over dinner or stumble into one of their infamous late night House Parties, DJ-led until late on weekends.

The dining area is available for exclusive hire only to dinner or lunch bookings, not for drinks.
