Mixing Asian flavours and brasserie-style vibes, Mamasan is the latest addition to Merchant City's thriving collection of restaurants. Having taken over from Argentinian steak spot CAU, this new Ingram Street upstart is fronting a bold selection of dishes that are certain to get your mouthwatering.

The ethos behind Mamasan is one that fuses the flavours of the Far East with ingredients from more local shores. Their menu consequently offer a varied and enticing mix of fresh fish and meat plates - think Hebridean lobster pad thai, wild salmon sashimi and charcoal-roasted Craigievern duck noodle soup.

The restaurant won't be skimping on the drinks either, with a range of innovative signature cocktails in the works, alongside a collection of craft beers and an enviable wine list. They've even put up their own DJ booth above the entrance to the venue so they can provide an epic party atmosphere come the weekend.
