What they say:

Newly opened Korean eatery Bibimbap takes its name from Korea's favourite comfort food - a delicious mix of rice, sauteed vegetables, chilli or soybean paste, and sliced meat. This latest addition to the city centre dining scene fronts that and then some on its varied menu of Korean small plates and hearty main dishes. From hot soups, to stir fries, noodle dishes and the titular rice bowls. The bar too offers a more exotic take on your classic cocktails from a Tamarind Old Fashioned to a Pina Korea which features coconut fat-washed rum, pineapple and lime leaf shrub and house-infused chilli bitters.

What we say:

Taking over from the old Riverhill restaurant, the new kid on the West Nile Street block, Bibimbap, is coming in hot with delicious and wholesome Korean dishes and one hell of an exciting cocktail menu. For comfort eats, eclectic drink and colourful and lively interiors, this recently opened restaurant is a prime spot. Their cocktail menu is a tantalising array of classic cocktails given a Korean twist - such as the Roku Gin and Tonic and the Kimchi Gibson - while their kitchen offers up mouth-watering bibimbap, stir fries and some hefty portions of Korean fried chicken.
