Having made their name in pop-ups around the city, including in Brewdog and at streetfood markets, El Perro Negro is finally giving the city its amazing burgers year-round. The brand have announced that they will be opening their own permanent space and while details are few, we expect the menu to feature burgers and Mexican meals. Previous dishes have included the likes of the NYC Burger, which consists of rare breed beef patty, pastrami, bone marrow butter, swish cheese, and American mustard.

With so many incredible burger offerings in the city, it takes something pretty special to be crowned Glasgow's best burger but that's precisely what El Perro Negro have pulled off with their pop-ups. Now the famous brand have found a permanent home for their delicious wares; keeping things under wraps, the group have yet to reveal their location, but we can guarantee people will be willing to travel to get their hands on one of those burgers.
