Located in Finnieston, Six by Nico has the same commitment to the community as the first restaurant as it employs and trains underprivileged people. Head chef Madou Diagme was one of the first to benefit from Nico's training programme and now helps with the running of the newest venue. While the menu is constantly evolving and changing, it takes inspiration from around the world while using seasonal and local produce.
