Nico Simeone has opened his second restaurant in Glasgow, Six by Nico, a concept restaurant for Argyle Street. The new venue has a completely unique outlook, changing menus and themes every six week to explore memories and experiences with Nico keen to create a story.

His first venture, 111 by Nico, works with people from underprivileged backgrounds and Six by Nico does the same, offering training opportunities. Head Chef Modou Diagme, who originally trained with Nico, is heads the restaurant; the menu is kept under wraps every six weeks so keep an eye on their website, though it is always based on a special place or memory.
