Cheese Fest UK has announced it will be hosting a Glasgow event later this year.

The Mac Daddy of cheese events has announced it is coming to Glasgow this year. Cheese Fest, which hosts events all over the country, will be bringing some serious dairy action to the city with traders selling every type of artisan cheese imaginable as well as stalls doling out halloumi fries, mac and cheese, mozzarella sticks and cheesecakes. 

Alongside tables heaving with sweet dairy goodness, there will also be bars on site where you can purchase a couple of beverages to complement your cheese plate, and even live music and entertainment to enjoy while you stuff yourself silly.

While full details of the Glasgow event are yet to be confirmed, the Edinburgh leg of this roving cheese jamboree takes place next month at the Corn Exchange following a stint in Liverpool. The festival also has events lined up in Portsmouth, Manchester, Leicester and Bournemouth for later this year.
